PORCELAIN THRONE IN DISTRESS!

In this Oklahoma home, the wax ring on the toilet decided to take a break and allow some water to affect the area surrounding. Our SERVPRO technicians arrived on the seen as soon as word was received. We were able to get there soon enough for the damage to be contained to the area directly affected. Due to the water damage being quite extensive, the flooring had to be taken out. Now that the first issue at hand has taken care of, let's get some new flooring picked!
