Invisible But Dangerous

This home was affected by a water loss caused by a leaking hot water heater. In the before picture it looks like there is no water damage in that area, which is what makes the damage more dangerous because mold can grow and cause more problems. The after picture shows how much flooring had to be pulled up because of water underneath. With proper drying equipment in place, we will monitor this location until there is no moisture present in the affected areas.
