Retail Store Mold Remediation

After a retail store closed this building was left empty for two years.  During that time the roof located above the dressing rooms leaked and remained undetected  for a while.  All the drywall, flooring and ceiling tiles were removed.  The rest of the building was cleaned and sanitized.  SERVPRO of Texarkana used negative air machines to help clean the air and applied an antimicrobial solution to destroy the mold and prevent future growth.  This process was all completed in 30 days.  After SERVPRO of Texarkana completed the cleaning an air purification test was performed and came back within normal range.  The space was lease two months later.
